Private transfer to and from the airport
what we do
EXTRA provides Executive Airport Transfers at selected, busy airports. Normally these are arranged as add-ons to the start or end of a VIP meet and assist airport service.
They are “private hire” rides are never shared and are not metered taxis. The vehicles are limousines or large vehicles, and usually a standard, executive and luxury vehicle option is offered for sedan and vans.
The driver will speak enough English to complete the booked task, which is to take the passengers directly from the airport to a destination (usually a hotel or office), or the other way around.
Travel arrangers who want to book an EXTRA car service use GroundBooker tools and websites to view detailed service descriptions choose vehicle type and select the destination of the drop off or pick up.
Booking is confirmed from inventory and rates held in a secure online database, or can be processed off line by email. The travel booker’s requested service is billed and invoiced by GroundBooker Limited in USDs and payment is collected from a credit, charge or debit card, from digital stored value accounts (eg PayPal) or by wire transfer.

We have teams working out of Bangkok, Jakarta, Singapore, and Scotland. Our IT infrastructure is supported and based in the UK and Singapore.
We have contracts with ground transportation service and chauffeur providers around the Asia Pacific region.
EXTRA services are available in major airports in Asia Pacific, the Middle East and Africa.
Who we are
EXTRA is a part of the GroundBooker group which is a British owned company active in the Asia Pacific region.
The management team comprises a small group of Asian and European travel executives, who have been building airport booking tools & managing VIP airport and car service in Asia and Europe for more than 10 years.
